Though I think you advice is very excellent, Georgia is a right to work state, as are most southern states. We have no unions. Either you get along with your principal, right or wrong, or your teaching career is over

this article was helpful. i think writing down and logging your interactions with any difficult staff member is important and may help to make some changes later.
