Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Lesson Plans

Tuesday January 8, 2008
Martin Luther King Day will be observed on January 21, 2008. Elementary school teachers will find a wealth of ready-to-use resources in these Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Lesson Plans.

One of my favorite books for teaching my students about Dr. King and his message is called Martin's Big Words. See if you can find it at the library. I'm sure your students will enjoy it as much as mine do.

Hi Beth!

Wow, lots of good resources there. One more might be to make an online book. Here’s example of one I made about Dr. King. Maybe you’ll like it too.
