Successful Teachers Self-Reflect

Wednesday December 17, 2008
From my perspective, the most successful teachers know the value of self-reflection. They take time each school year (or maybe often than annually) to think about what is working and what is not - in their classroom and in their professional development. I think December/January is the perfect time for such an exercise.

Ask yourself these tough questions and you'll find ways - both big and small - to tweak your performance and become even more powerful as an educator.
