Ms. Peggy Hamilton

1999 is Ms. Hamilton's, 14th year with the Syracuse City School District. For 13 of those years, she worked at Hughes Academic Magnet School as a teaching assistant. In September 1998, she took a position at Central Office, working on computers throughout the district and helping people with instructional technology. She still maintains the Hughes website, however. She enjoys building web pages and managing the school site. She especially enjoy making her own graphics, looking for interesting Java applets and scripts and learning more about computer technology.
Peggy shares her time with Boo, her cat. She also has 2 frogs and an iguana named Virgil.
Peggy also enjoys traveling. Her favorite trips include Peru, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, and Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens in Washington.
