Intense Competition for Acceptance to "Teach for America"

In this tough economy, it's suddenly become more challenging to get accepted to Teach for America than to many top-notch business and law schools.  College graduates are eager to become a part of this teaching corps not only in order to make a difference for children who need inspiring and intelligent teachers, but also because the program offers two years of job security and a stable income.
